1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product from ZTS Element Records LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site and store. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or make any purchases.

2. Products & Availability

All items displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Each product description, design, or image represents the closest possible likeness of the final item; slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before fulfillment.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle (where applicable).
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after processing or shipment has started.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days domestically. International orders may vary depending on location and customs.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Physical products (hoodies, tracksuits, artist merch, etc.) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet all of the following:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • Customer pays for return shipping.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Worn, washed, or altered products.

  • Digital or service-based products.

If approved, exchanges may be issued for the same product type or store credit.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only if:

  • The order has not yet shipped, and

  • No customization or production has begun.

Once the product is shipped or delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, designs, and creative content under ZTS Element Records LLC are protected intellectual property. Reproduction or resale without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZTS Element Records LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipment delays, or order issues beyond our reasonable control.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our store or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
