ZTS Element Records LLC accepts refund or exchange requests within 7 days of order delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Reported within 7 days of delivery via our official support channel
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refund or exchange:

Custom-designed or personalized merchandise

Completed design, branding, or digital service-based projects

Sale or clearance products
Once these products or services have been delivered or started, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

ZTS Element Records LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if:
